Never regret the things that you do.
Only regret those that you do not
I've been thinking, this life is so fragile
this life is so short
and can be cut even shorter by tragedy
Its affected us to have to watch
some more then others
and what can make it worse is to go back and see the things
that you should have noticed before
But its important to not dwell on these things
because now
all they can bring you is more sadness

What we need to remember is thats not how we should be
or how they would want it
To be happy with the good memories
and never forget the bad
but don't dwell on what could have or should have happened
and I know its hard
But lord knows we should try
and even still its all right to cry

But we need to spread our own wings
we need to fly
because they're soaring overhead
to realize our own destiny
our own potential
to live
to love
this is what we need
less sorrow

It will take time
more then we all would like
more then any of us are willing to give
because we still don't wanna believe
even though we know in our heads the physical truth
its our hearts we must listen to
for it is our heart that tells us that
we are never alone, Never

Cherish the time you have with the ones you love
Cherish the memories of the ones passed
because you never know
this life is short
but forever is an eternity...
